Spiritual vs. Psychic Energy

God energy, for all intent and purposes, is a neutral force. It is an intelligent force, but contrary to traditional religious dogma and belief, it is not concerned with outcome in the way we have been conditioned to think. The energy exists for life-force sustenance and to be used both consciously and unconsciously for the purpose of manifestation; ignorance of the law of attraction is no excuse. When an individual petitions God for a particular outcome through prayer, from the perspective of Divine energy, this petition is no different than a person thinking about something they passionately want. The intention is the same, to manifest. In an earlier blog entry entitled, Understanding Belief (Part I), I stated that “…A thought is a prayer… in exactly the same way we exercise the intent of petition through prayer, our thoughts basically create the same effect and outcome. The cosmic energy makes no distinction between a formal petition through prayer and an impassioned thought… as we transition ever deeper into the heightened vibration of our new spiritual paradigm, the karmic connection between our seed thought and its out-pictured effect will become even more apparent in our conscious perception.”

This karmic connection is something that I believe deserves deeper analysis and consideration. With almost no exception, everything creates karma. This is neither good nor bad; it is merely an aspect of spiritual law that we cannot escape. There is however, one extremely important exception to this fundamental rule. The only thing that is karma-less in nature is sending love to the Creator. This creates no karma whatsoever. It only creates a wonderful and fulfilling feedback loop of divine love back to the sender. This outflow of divine love to God for love’s sake makes no request of any kind, and is therefore free from any cause/effect relational energy, consistent with the creation of karma. This is a very important distinction to understand and paves the way for a deeper discussion on the difference between Spiritual energy and Psychic energy.

Psychic energy is an extremely ubiquitous and powerful force. It can be used for a myriad of purposes from general manifestation through the law of attraction to mental telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, prophecy, psychic healing, and inter-dimensional communication and travel to name a few. It has both positive and negative aspects determined by intent, and can be used for good as well as for evil. Those knowing practitioners of the black arts are well aware of its power and use it regularly and often for negative and malicious purposes. There are also those who are equally aware of its energy but use it for good and to counter-balance the negative energy taking place throughout current world affairs. In truth, we all to some degree use psychic energy everyday, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. The hope is certainly that as we grow spiritually and more aware of the subtle energies around and through us, we serve more and more as a conscious channel for divine loving energy. With this in mind, and with the earlier mention of karma as a backdrop, I’d like to make a few key distinctions that we should all be aware.

First, Spiritual energy is much, much more powerful than psychic energy, and should be utilized over and above all else. What makes this energy Spiritual is that it is centered within the Divine love of Source energy. All energy, whether psychic or otherwise comes from All That Is, but what makes Spiritual energy different from psychic energy is the intention of specific outcome. Let me repeat this; the difference between Spiritual energy and psychic energy is THE INTENTION OF SPECIFIC OUTCOME. Spiritual energy has no intention for outcome. It is only sent in love, to where it is needed.

Second, when practicing Spiritual energy, it is important to know how to formulate and utilize the energy so as not to make it psychic in nature, and therefore karmic. Using prayer as an example, let’s investigate this further. In our example, a person is feeling ill and needs to see the Doctor. The Doctor determines that the patient needs to be checked into the hospital right away. This person is very sick and his condition is 50/50. Wanting to help this person, you send out a prayer asking God to take away his ills and make him well again. As well intentioned as this prayer may be, it is a classic case of using psychic energy and not Spiritual energy. In order for this to become a Spiritual energy exercise, it would be better to, in the name of the Creator, send loving energy to this person only. You surround the individual in your mind’s eye with loving God energy, but you do not ask for any specific outcome, for “Thy will be done”.

You see, who are you to take away a person’s spiritual experience? Who are you to take away his karma? Perhaps this individual is in the hospital because he was not taking proper care of himself and was abusing his body through poor diet and lack of exercise. Perhaps this experience is an opportunity to provide a wake up call for better health practices. You simply don’t know, so to ask for this person to get well might be doing him a karmic disservice. Better to send Divine love to an individual with no formal intention, and allow Source energy to determine what is best in the situation. Believe me, this is a powerful exercise and one centered in Divine Love. That Soul will be well taken care of.

This type of energy utilization is sometimes easier said than done, especially if it involves a loved one. I am by no means telling anyone to do anything other than what they feel is best in their particular circumstance. I am only pointing out the differences so that you can become more of a conscious channel for Divine energy. It takes practice and in some cases a bit of spiritual detachment so as to remain objective and open while utilizing this loving energy. Trust that IT will do what is best.

So you can indeed direct very powerful Spiritual energy to any situation you deem appropriate, as long as you understand that it is not up to you to determine what the cause and effect relationship should be; you simply don’t know enough. But All That Is knows all there is. Leave it to the expert. Namaste.

Connecting to Your Higher Self

Scenario 1: You’re rushing out the door for your morning commute. As you head to the bus stop, a clear mental impression comes to you, “You left your wallet on the dresser.” Immediately you check to find out that your wallet is missing. You run back to the residence and get your wallet, hoping you’re not late for work.

Scenario 2: You’re driving in your car not sure where you’re going, but you have a general sense of direction. Your inner guidance tells you to turn left, then right, then left again. You see the highway sign up ahead leading to the on-ramp you’ve been looking for, and you feel relieved and grateful for the help you’ve been given.

Scenario 3: You’re at a pivotal moment where you have to make an important decision; a crossroad between two or more delicate options, and you do not have all of the information necessary to formulate a clear choice. You’re intuitive nature kicks in and you begin to trust your instincts (follow your gut), resulting in what becomes the perfect solution.

These are but a few every day examples of a connection we all have (and have had from the beginning) with something that has always been there (here) with us, but many of us have as yet failed to recognize what it is. As we are all Divine sparks of All That Is, we are in fact the microcosm of the macrocosm of existence and have a direct link to Source. This link is in the form of something that has come to be known simply as our Higher Self; the true essence of who and what we are within the Divine connectedness of Source. Some have given it the tags and groupings of Universal Mind or Cosmic Consciousness, and I don’t dispute these references, but for me it is much more personal than this.

My higher self is me, beyond the ether and illusion of physical reality and restriction, completely connected and in tuned with Source, allowing my physical manifestation to experience what it needs in order to fill in the gaps of knowingness already possessed. It is alive and simultaneously aware of what is going on in my physical existence and expanding multi-verse. It is completely aware of inter-dimensional existence beyond space-time and is constantly growing in awareness while I physically grow in my current life. It is working with me and within multiple reincarnational experiences simultaneously, and often allows me to connect with these varied states of consciousness and identities while in the dream state. My higher self is my inner connectedness with all of existence, constantly feeling the infinite love of God at all times. An absolutely excellent fictional reading that describes in great detail what I am referencing here is a book by Jane Roberts entitled, The Oversoul Seven Trilogy. It is currently out of print but still available at some bookstores.

My higher self is my best friend, always companion, absolute confidant, eternal compatriot, and constant advisor and protector. It is an amazingly important layer of the Omniscient, Omnipresent and Omnipotent Divine energy known as Source. If God is the ocean, then my Higher Self is the iceberg, and I am merely the tip. I attribute my Higher Self with authoring most of what I share in these blogs. Goodness knows that most times when I read back on what I have shared, I am often amazed at where it came from, but I trust it and know that it comes freely and willingly whenever I request and summon it. What is important to understand here is that I am no different from anyone else. My only difference (if any) is that I am consciously aware of this partnership and work on a daily basis to develop and strengthen the relationship so as to help “us” grow.

It is worth noting here that if there is a Higher Self, there is also a polar opposite. This opposite can best be described as the Little Self. It is the emotional body; it is the child. It is the bio-computer that we all possess and move around in on the physical. It is the irrational narcissistic side of each and every one of us that fights with us constantly for the sole purpose of self-gratification with no consideration for outcome. It is within these polarities of consciousness that many of us live while on the physical. As is consistent with the law of free will, our Higher Self will advise and make aware, but will not force us to make any decision we do not wish to make. This is a part of the growing process, and it is hoped that after banging ones head enough times, we will eventually come to trust that our inner guidance is being provided for our eternal good.

Throughout this dialogue I have tried to describe what the Higher Self is, but I have not as yet discussed how to connect with it. The best thing I can say to this is that we are already connected to it. We need only allow ourselves to find that calm within the storm of emotion and stress that plagues us daily, and feel the loving warmth that is always at the core of our being. It is always communicating with us, but we so often ignore its presence. Stop doing this. Strike up an inner conversation and allow the dialogue to progress. Your familiarity is already there. In one of my earlier scenarios, I mentioned something about following your gut. This is a very important inner barometer, which is an integral part of identifying your Higher Self. If the information you are receiving feels intuitively correct, chances are this is the right instinct. We must learn to trust it more and more, and act when it calls.

Much of what I have described here as your higher self could also be an apt description of a personal communication with God. If this is the case, perhaps the next question that arises is how do we know the difference? I submit to you that this may be the wrong question to ask, because it is a question stuck inside an old paradigm of thought that presupposes a separation between various aspects and layers of our existence. As I have said over and over again, WE ARE ONE. Your higher self is God; you are God. When we are connected to our Higher Self, we are connected with Source. So don’t worry about whom specifically you’re talking to. It’s all coming from the same Source anyway. Ponder this for a while; contemplate on it. You’ll start to feel that amazing sensation of oneness when you do. When that happens, embrace it.

What Is Your Next Lesson?

When one makes the conscious decision to live a spiritual life, a conscious life where you start to become more of the observer and co-creator of your own personal universe and less a victim and pawn, the pursuit of spiritual lessons become ever more important. When ready, these lessons serve as the building blocks for enlightenment as they slowly reveal themselves to you. We then begin to take on and work through these lessons in the ever-elusive pursuit of spiritual upliftment and perfection. Now some consider this aspiration for perfection to be an unattainable milestone. I kind of tend to agree with this and personally have no problem with the assertion. Within the course of my own spiritual journey I have come to recognize that my true identity is that of Soul…who inhabits a physical body to serve as a vehicle while still on this coarse plane of existence…but am in fact a divine spark of God awareness created in love by All That Is… for the purpose of gaining experience and enlightenment. Within this fundamental understanding of Soul is the realization that I am eternal; that I will never die. Knowing that I live in eternity bodes a very basic question; what do I do with all of this duration (…see, time is an illusion)? There is a saying that goes, “There is always a plus (+) element to spiritual unfoldment.” What this basically means is that there is always a next step, a new challenge, something more to learn and that we will never stop growing. I believe this to be a good, good thing because truth be told, we need something to do. So I have no problem with the probability that I will never reach ultimate perfection because then what would there be left, floating on a cloud playing a harp (or in my case a saxophone) for eternity? I think not.

So within the premise that there is always something more to learn, how do we determine what our next spiritual lesson might be? In the initial personal audit of our own respective character defects, some of the lessons may be quite obvious. It is up to each of us to have the courage to look at that “man/woman in the mirror” and call it like you see it. Admission and acceptance is the first step, then daily maintenance and the replacement of one habit or action with another that is more in alignment with Spirit. I won’t go into any details in this entry on what this might entail because that is a personal journey for everyone, and I will leave you to your own introspection and insight. Suffice it to say though that much of the initial self-critique is often low hanging fruit. Over time however, these lessons are learned and adjustments are made, and things that were considered negative in nature begin to fall away; you simply don’t need them anymore. Karma is one of our best teachers and serves as a major catalyst for bringing to our attention what we need to focus on. As we come closer and closer to the God-loving life however, the lessons tend to become more subtle and intimate in nature, and we may need to use other measures besides karma to make us aware of what we should focus on next.

There is one very close and simple barometer for determining what your next lesson might be. This measure has always been with us and often times has been an unforgiving nemesis during crucial times in our life. If you want to know what your next lesson might be, simply ask yourself, what are you most afraid of? Your answer may very well be your next lesson. I have mentioned in earlier blog entries the nature of fear (see March 16 blog) and how it can often cause you to shut down and become unable to accept divine love. Fear takes on many forms, and it is incumbent on us to really examine what we are afraid of. Fear, in truth, is an opportunity for growth. Another way of putting it is something I heard once, “…pain is a sign that soul is growing.” We must again have the courage to tackle the fear within us that is most pervasive and find ways to overcome it. Once achieved, you will be stronger and wiser for having taken the journey.

Having said all of this, I feel it only fair to mention here that nothing really occurs in a straight line, but within waves of unfoldment. There are good days and there are bad days, peaks and valleys to life. Daily maintenance of spiritual lessons learned becomes important. There is another saying that basically states, “Heaven must be re-won everyday”. What this basically means is that vigilance is always important, and that you must be mindful to practice what you already know and have already learned (remembered) on a daily basis to maintain where you are so as not to slip backwards in your own personal unfoldment. Remember, you can only coast in one direction.

Don’t Matter If You’re Black or White: A Tribute to Michael

As we celebrate the life of Michael Jackson, my thoughts are concentrated on the many hits that this musical genius had given all of us over the years. Two songs in particular, Man In the Mirror, and Black or White resonate with me more than most because of the important messages contained in them. Man in the Mirror focuses on the importance of growth and personal reflection, and how a shift in your own consciousness can have an important impact on the entire world:

I'm Starting With The Man In The Mirror
I'm Asking Him To ChangeHis Ways
And No Message Could Have Been Any Clearer
If You Wanna Make The World
A Better Place
Take a Look at Yourself,
and Then Make a Change

The song Black or White is equally poignant to me from the standpoint of love of your fellow man regardless of race or any other illusionary barriers (great video too):

…I Said If You’re Thinkin’ of Being My Brother
It Don’t Matter If You’re Black or White

These are powerful words and reflect the true consciousness of the man who wrote them. They are testaments for what could be and what should be. Now it is up to all of us to take a look at ourselves and make the change necessary to be a better person and live our lives with love for our fellow brothers and sisters; embracing them with open arms regardless of race, creed, color, nationality, sexual preference, belief system, or any of the many illusions that try to show us as separate, when in fact we are all one.

Thank you Michael Jackson for being an example of love. Regardless of any controversy your life may have held, I believe your sincere motivation was that of love and peace. Good journey Michael; be well and enjoy eternity.

Radiating Unconditional Love

This is a discussion about love; love in its purest form, love that seeks nothing in return. I’m talking about unconditional love (e.g. love without condition). There are many forms of love, or at least feelings often misconstrued as love, but are nothing more than marginal subsets of the true divine energy. The love between a man and woman (or variations thereof) can be a deep, abiding and sincere love, but often it becomes tainted with petty conditions that form the determinant for whether or not that love will be given and/or shared in return. This type of love states “I love you if…” or “I’ll love you when…” or even, “I love you because…” It is often the pursuit of love for personal gain, and in many respects the pursuit of power. In relationships, there is an old saying that goes, “…The person with the least emotional investment has the most power.” Far too often this becomes the dynamic for many a relationship, and the outcome more than not traps an individual into a continual cycle of intimate domination. Love becomes a battlefield for many because it is a test of wills that loses sight of the initial reason for finding each other in the first place; to form a personal expression of Divine love (love of God).

Other forms of love such as love between a parent and child often have a much deeper grounding in divine connectedness. How could it not? When a child is born into the world and the parent sees him/her for the first time, the magnitude of this personification of divine love becomes immediately apparent. The bond is quickly formed and the journey begins. But even in these instances, the tests of wills inevitably grow, and the strains of childhood vs. parenthood come to bear. Nonetheless, the love is there, hopefully overriding any dramas, choices and decisions either party may make. In these instances, the foundational feeling is “I love you no matter what.”

I site these examples to illustrate how many of us misunderstand the true nature of unconditional love and how we can unknowingly place serious obstacles in its way. In all cases the key component of unconditional love is love without any expectation of reward. As Soul, a divine spark of God, your very existence is one based on unconditional love. You exist because God simply loves you. Love is a force; love is an energy. Love is the ultimate power. You are love. The sub-atomic makeup of your being is created from Divine love. One might ask, if this is the case, then why do we have so many problems in this world? The reason is simple (and complex); we have forgotten who and what we are and have been conditioned into believing that we are separate from Source (Divine unconditional love) and that there is not enough. Also in some cases is the belief that you are not worthy. This is all an illusion.

I have often found that nature provides the answers to so many of the spiritual conundrums we struggle with, and if we would only take the time to look for and practice the spiritual awareness necessary, we would know that God is with us all the time. One day when I was looking out my kitchen window, I was blessed to witness what I consider to be an incredibly Divine example of unconditional love. In the backyard of our house was a hanging bird feeder left behind by the former homeowners. It looked like a cool thing to have and my wife and I decided to get some birdseed. About a day or so went by after filling it when I noticed a little finch land on the feeder. He looked around for a bit and after seeing that it was safe to indulge, he proceeded to enjoy the birdseed provided to him. After a couple of minutes of personal gluttony, he flew away. Five minutes went by and then I saw two birds land on the feeder. Another couple of minutes went by and then there were 5 birds. Before I knew it there were over 20 or 30 little finches all fluttering about waiting for their turn to feed from the feeder. I thought I was in a scene from Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds. I was simply astonished at the spectacle before me, understanding that this amazing moment was started after just one bird told another about the discovered bounty. That bird could have easily kept it to him/herself but immediately shared it with others, resulting in an exponential explosion of birds taking part in this nutritious windfall. What moved me so much about witnessing this was the fact that it was simply the natural order of things. It was God’s Divine plan in the perpetuation of the species to have as a natural inclination to always consider the good of the whole, not just the one. This is God’s plan for all species, including the human species.

I believe in my heart of hearts that it is our base nature to love one another and care for one another without condition, but over time we have been conditioned to think otherwise. Perpetuated by a dog-eat-dog social existence presented as the norm, we have forgotten our true base nature, and have fed into an illusionary fear of limitation; there is not enough and you must fend for yourself. The truth is that there is enough; there is abundance! We have simply been programmed to think otherwise. It is our true nature to express unconditional love. This is a part of our makeup. This is who we are as Soul, because when we are conscious of the fact that we are Soul, we also know that we are ONE. It is time to awaken to the oneness that is all of us, and share the bounty that is available to each and everyone, without fear that things will run out. Understanding who and what we are and realizing the illusion we live in is the first step. After that, it is up to all of us to live our lives creatively within the conscious reality of this new Spiritual paradigm, and outwardly express a conscious awareness of our divine nature and make up. We can do this. I know we can. We only need claim it and bring it into our lives as truth. Your fellow Souls await. Greet them with open arms and unconditional love. It doesn’t cost a thing. What you will gain from it though will be one hundred-fold.

Here and Now

Where are you now? What are you doing? Are you here or are you there? Is it day or night? What do you perceive at this very moment in time? What is time? Are you aware of it now? What did you do an hour ago? Can you bring it back into the now? What would you like to do in the future? Can you see it in your mind’s eye here and now? All of these questions are related to perceptual awareness and have a direct correlation to our sense of infinite awareness and a basic understanding of the illusion that surrounds us. Like in the movie, The Matrix, we are all perceiving a perceptible universe that appears to be real; when in truth we are all caught up in a collective illusion (Do you want the blue pill, or the red pill?)

This illusion is one that we have been programmed into for the purpose of gaining collective experience, but so many of us have gotten so caught up in the slower density of this particular vibrational awareness that we have lost sight of the true reality; that we are all infinite Soul awareness. We are Soul; we inhabit a body in order to work within this lower world density and gain experience. But because so many of us have forgotten who and what we are and have subsequently identified too closely with the shell that we occupy, we do not realize that in fact we are the ghost in the machine. In truth, the body is just a vehicle that we are using to get around in this course, dense reality. We are divine vibration; we are Source energy. We are infinite awareness; we are divine sparks of All That Is.

You’ve heard me speak of this time and time again, but it is necessary to repeat and repeat and repeat these fundamentals over and over again until everyone begins to understand and investigate this reality about themselves. Here and now is the time to awaken to our true identity. Here and now is the time to become a conscious catalyst for enlightened change. We have the means, we have the power; we need only accept this as our true reality and begin, from this day forward to live within it.

There are those, however, who would have us remain asleep in the illusion. There are levels of consciousness that draw upon fear and dense vibrational energy for sustenance and control. I am not dissuaded in acknowledging that negativity/evil does exist and that it is an intimate part of our perceptual experience, but it is only a polarity of energy present within a vast world of duality. Unlike many who write about spirituality and only focus on the positive and safe aspects of this illusion, I feel it important to understand and acknowledge the opposite polarity as well, so as to be able to identify it when necessary and become conscious cause in the balancing of love polarity and divine light over fear polarity and the dense, debilitating influence it can conjure. Yes, evil does exist, but I place no value judgment on it, I merely understand its intent and serve as a spiritual conduit for love.

I live within conscious cause and divine loving energy that is the foundational makeup of my existence. I am love, as are all of you. Some of you understand this; others have not yet awakened to it or feel worthy of it (another illusion). Here and now, right this moment, know that God loves you unconditionally; that means without condition. It places no value judgment on what you have done or who and what you are. You are a member of the chosen people. Why, because you are awakening into the reality that is you. We are all chosen people created by Source, the only difference between us is that some are consciously aware of it and some are still asleep. Here and now, it is time to awaken to your true identity; to your true destiny. You are Soul, a divine spark of God. Live within this reality. Awaken to the potential that is you. You have nothing to learn. You have only to open up to divine energy and remember. God’s infinite love is with you and in all that you do. Awaken to it.

Like Water

Earlier this week, I sent out a Tweet (on Twitter) that stated, “A rigid mind is a self-containing prison. Seek truth in all directions.” I felt compelled to write this because in my daily ritual of capturing the pulse of the world’s consciousness with it’s many levels, I’ve become more and more aware and concerned at the rigidity of fixed belief systems (of all kinds) and their inability to allow the person who identifies with them to open up their heart and mind long enough to even entertain a different opinion or point of view. Sometimes, this point of view may not even be a 180° voice of polar opposition, but simply a varied perspective, or way of looking at the same belief. Nonetheless, the rigid mindset espouses “I’m right and you’re wrong…my way or the highway.” This is not living in an awakened state, not by a long shot.

I began thinking about how so many individuals hold on to their respective belief systems for dear life, thinking that their way is truth; that they are truth seekers when in fact they are actually nothing more than rigid gatekeepers for their respective belief. I started thinking metaphorically about the best description for an awakened state of being. Looking at the FIJI bottle in front of me, I immediately started thinking about water. Water is fluid; it’s adaptable. It’s pliable. Water finds the path of least resistance, always seeking the balanced middle. Like a stream that seeks the river, and the river that seeks the ocean, water cannot be contained. It may be temporarily held back, but its destiny will not be halted forever. Yes, water is the perfect metaphor for a truth seeker because it adapts and adjusts to any condition placed in front of it. Bruce Lee, the late Kung Fu Master and founder of the martial arts style, Jeet Kune Do put it best when he said, “Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.” As it relates to formless form, he again states, “Empty your mind, be formless; shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.”

The rigid mind is a self-containing prison, and belief is its ready warden. The thing is, it doesn’t matter what you believe, if you become rigid to it, you will inevitably be in opposition to those who are in rigid disagreement with it or who have unique or expanded perspectives about it. Within this rigidity of mind and thought, conflict will always prevail. Rigid belief combined with fear makes up the one/two combination for personal self-containment and the stunting of spiritual growth. This is what traps the person in five-sensory reality and does not allow the expansion of universal consciousness to enter a person’s auric field.

Those with STS consciousness who know how this works can use it quite effectively to keep people from gaining the awareness they deserve by pitting one belief against another. It really doesn’t matter what the belief system may be; all that matters is that you hold on to it with fierce devotion and will fight for your belief with anyone who dare oppose you. This may be religious, political, social, national, racial, ethnic, or any other. All of these fierce beliefs hold you back from the big picture; YOU ARE SOUL, a divine spark of God awareness. You are the formless form. Those with open minds and hearts who allow the universal stream of God consciousness to enter into their being, causing them to consciously connect with Infinite awareness is the greatest fear to STS consciousness, because it takes away their control. The awakened person does not allow him/herself to fall into false righteousness through rigid belief.

There is another aspect to water that is even more penetrating and compelling, and it is not metaphorical. I recall an excellent docu-drama a few years ago that I was privileged to see the screening of, What the (Bleep) Do We Know?, starring Marley Matlin. If you have not seen this, I strongly recommend that you do so. In it, there is a scene when Marley’s character was in a subway platform looking at a fascinating exhibition of water crystal photos. These photos were taken by renowned Japanese researcher, Dr. Masaru Emoto, who was able to prove that thoughts and feelings can affect physical reality. Using a very powerful microscope in a cold room along with high-speed photography, Dr. Emoto was able to photograph newly formed crystals of frozen water samples that were subject to focused intentions either through written or spoken words, as well as through music. Dr. Emoto used the same water samples, and after being viewed multiple times during different forms of focused intent, they appeared to change their molecular crystalline composition as a direct result of the focused stimuli. One picture showed a crystalline form after listening to Mozart. Another picture showed a different crystalline form after receiving a blessing of “love and gratitude”. Still more astonishing, the crystalline form completely broke down when exposed to heavy metal music, and later to the words “You make me sick…I will kill you.” These are all waveforms, penetrating and affecting water on a molecular level. This is empirical proof.

Now why is this information and insight so important? Well, consider the fact that you, me, everyone who has a human form is made up of approximately 70% water. If water can change in molecular composition by virtue of what we think and say, imagine how our thoughts and words impact one another and ourselves. It has a direct affect on our health, both physically and mentally, and is a conduit for the receiving of mental, spiritual and psychic energy all around us. We are in fact walking receivers for psychic impulses and information. Don’t believe this is true? Stare at a person on the street who is looking away and see how quickly they turn in your direction. Need more food for thought? Consider the transistor radio. What does it use to receive signals? A crystal. What is water on a molecular level? Crystalline. There is so much more to this, but I will stop here and save it for a rainy day; just let your thoughts, like the water, take you to where it needs to go.

As we move about in this bio-computer we far too often identify as self, it is important to begin to differentiate between what is conscious awareness and what is biological and wave form programming and conditioning due to outward stimuli. The implications are amazing. Just remember, garbage in, garbage out. We must be conscious cause if we are to ensure our own spiritual evolution and become a part of the Infinite awareness that is our birthright as Soul. Good journey; talk to you again soon.
