Off the Grid

As I peak my head out from the bunker to try and catch a few rays, I log back in with family, friends and my many fellow travelers who’ve been so supportive during this hiatus. I reconnect now with all of you to simply say, “Hello, I’m back”. Thank you all for your love, understanding and support, both online and off.

It’s been quite a tumultuous year so far, but of course, I don’t need to tell you that, you’ve lived it as much as I have. With the constant specter of a bleak economic future and a relentless unemployment rate stagnating around 9+% nationwide, ongoing threats of world terrorism, increasing signs of global warming, and a gnawing divisive/polarizing fundamentalism permeating our planet, all of us, in one way or another are being affected by and caught up in the growing angst of our times. Like so many of you, I’ve been dealing with what might best be described as a Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs juggling act. Moving back and forth between the layers, living paycheck-to-paycheck with the challenges that ensue while simultaneously being (consciously) aware of the subtle yet emergent energetic Spiritual forces at play (within our dynamic universe and multiverse). This can create an unrelenting and annoying distraction from our true nature, purpose, focus, and identity as Spiritual beings. Let us never forget that we are Spiritual beings inhabiting a physical body, on an unending journey and quest for Source enlightenment and growth. Out of this dynamic morass of dueling consciousness comes a never-ending need for personal balance directly impacting the prospect for Spiritual growth. Everything is about choice.

Let us also never forget that all things are Spiritual; that there is nothing that is not of a Spiritual significance, providing an opportunity for us to learn and grow. That being said, it is important to acknowledge that we do not exist within a level playing field, that there are forces on the move designed to keep us out-of-balance and constantly within the ubiquitous specter of fear. Is this by design? There are those that certainly ascribe to this theory. Whether it is true or not will serve as grist for the mill of future discussion and dialogue. Assuming for a moment that this assertion has some merit, how do we deal with it; what are we to do about it?

As I mentioned earlier, everything is about choice. You can choose your thoughts and your consciousness during every waking moment (and inner experience). Notice that I used the word “can”. Many of us understand this truth intellectually, but fail to exercise our God-given right of self-awareness and self-expression. We often allow ourselves to be effect and not cause, subsequently forfeiting freewill with groupthink. As I have said in many earlier entries, vigilance is key. We are in a time now where it feels as though we must constantly tread water just to maintain a sense of “normal”, and constantly swim upstream against the tide in order to grow and progress. Despite our conditioning, it is important for everyone to understand and realize that this is not normal and should not be considered as such.

The current world experience that we all share is the exception within our multi-layered existence and not the rule. We are surviving in a dysfunctional holographic matrix. Acceptance of this pervasive “normal” is your choice, and many have consciously and/or unconsciously accepted this dysfunction as the way things simply are. But within the reality of everyone’s personal universe is in fact a choice as to whether or not you want your consciousness to be held captive within this matrix, or to rise above it while still physically existing within it; in essence “Being in this world but not of it.” This is the constant juggling act of Maslow that I spoke of earlier. We have to do the daily things of this world in order to survive (that’s just how it is), but we have a choice as to whether or not we will live within the victim/victimizer consciousness of the times as we maneuver these waters.

We who are conscious truth seekers and awakened Souls becoming more and more aware of our incarnational contracts and life purpose, must break out of these restrictive shackles and become the true conduits of Source energy we were commissioned to be. Again, it is our choice. Yes, you have bills that are due and financial debts you are struggling to pay, you are appropriately concerned about finding a job or keeping your home, but these things do not define who and what you are; they do not define your value within the universe, within God’s unconditional love. Please make a conscious and concerted effort to delineate yourself from your surroundings and/or circumstances and live within your higher truth. You are not the situation you are dealing with. You are, however, responsible for your own personal universe and as such have free will to change it based on your level of consciousness and ability of direct manifestational change. REMEMBER WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE, a spark of God-Source.

This has been and continues to be my journey, and I have made the conscious choice and effort to continue the fight, not giving in to the negative consciousness. As a practical nature, some of this choice involves removing myself from the 24/7/365 information cycles of our times, and only allowing that which is positive and uplifting to enter my life and consciousness. The rest of it has to do with practicing my daily spiritual rituals and exercises that keep me in balance and above the fray. My ongoing discussions are not as much about the mechanics (though there may be some helpful suggestions shared and considered along the way) as much as it is about making sure you keep the faith, the focus, and continue to fight the good fight. We’re all in this together; we are all ONE. My love goes out to all of you and I look forward to your continued dialogue and insights as we respectively pay it forward. Blessed be and Namaste.

Spiritual Equilibrium (A State of Grace)

In my last entry I talked about the importance of remaining vigilant in ones daily quest for spiritual balance and enlightenment; that Heaven must be re-won everyday. As we move directly into the celebration of the birth of the Christ child, it is worth noting that this wonderful being, this Christ consciousness known as Jesus (Yeshua) who was incarnated so long ago to bring light and love to the world and its people, is a symbol (template) for how we all should approach our lives. Now I’m not talking about overcoming original sin or anything of that nature; this is not a doctrine that I espouse or accept as my reality, as my truth. We all have choices and those choices have consequences, good or bad, right or wrong; it’s the karmic nature of things. What I’m referring to here is that beautiful and celestial state of grace; that balanced state of divine consciousness that this child of God represented then and for many still represents now. What I’m talking about is maintaining that all-important spiritual equilibrium so vital now as we move forward in our day-to-day activities and lives.

Remaining in a balanced state of being in the midst of constant challenge, struggle and turmoil is an attribute that takes daily practice and focus, but will inevitably delineate the weak from the strong, the wheat from the chaff, the awakened from the sleeper, as we move forward on this tumultuous and dichotomous cycle of ascension. Just like the opening lines of a jazz piece by saxophone great Wilton Felder states, "If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, you can inherit the wind", this sentiment speaks to the heart of the matter and is more true now than ever before. The wind, in this case, is that sometimes fleeting state of grace that we need to possess and maintain when confronted with dysfunctional circumstances and the people who are caught up in the limited illusion of a growing survival consciousness facing our times now.

Circumstances have made those who have lived most of their lives in comfort, now confront the harsh insecurities of financial and socio-economic downturn. People are scared right now like never before. The one upside to this potentially overwhelming dynamic is that many more individuals are being forced into the renewal of their faith, whatever their belief system may be, because for so many there is nowhere else to turn. With this reality of emotional and spiritual vulnerability, it is incumbent upon all of those who have awakened and are becoming more and more aware of their connection to Godsource and the illusion we are living in, to serve as beacons of light for those who are not yet as tapped in. Everyone has the potential for awakening, but until we go within and find our truth, the love that is within all of us through Godsource, the "net" of fear will remain. It is time for us to be the light.

On this most important celebration of the birth of the Christ child, may we all who are awakening and understanding our true identities as divine sparks of the eternal, serve as those beacons of light for so many who are looking for a way to spiritually help themselves. It’s not about finding any wise words of wisdom to say, though they are important, it’s about living your life in a state of grace and serving as a living and breathing example for others who want to be better and do better, but aren’t sure how. It’s about being that beacon of light, that wave of divine consciousness that permeates the room whenever you walk in; it’s not you, but the light and resonant vibration from Godsource that flows through you. From this day forward may you all be the enlightened, loving sparks of divine grace, a true testament to God’s loving energy and essence. Within this spiritual equilibrium will come an amazing gift for all who come in your path; a gift of love energy and an opportunity to find the love within themselves. As a beacon, the gift you receive in return comes back 1000-fold. You don’t have to say a word, just be. Here’s wishing all of you a wondrous and wonderful celebration, and a heartfelt wish for happiness and prosperity in the New Year. May you create your reality in the way that is most perfect for you.

Everything is Consciousness

I’ve been on hiatus for a bit, not so much to relax as to introspectively contemplate, immersing myself into the wisdom of the cosmos. One must remember that in spiritual growth there is always a plus element to enlightenment; that is, there is always more to learn and as we exist in eternity we will never stop learning, never stop growing. With that, my focus of late has been very much on the ubiquitous nature of consciousness.

Again I’m reminded of the movie The Matrix, where Neo finally awakened and was able to see the illusion for what it actually was, in his case a series of 1’s and 0’s moving along the spatial grid of his enlightened vision, creating form and substance within the illusion itself. What I have increasingly come to realize is that this stark representation may actually be truer than one might suspect.

Quantum and theoretical physics has shown that everything is energy. As such, when we break down this energy quotient even further we come to understand that energy is in fact frequency, existing at variable vibratory rates that we may either perceive or not perceive. Our lack of perception does not in any way negate its existence. Well, one of the things that I have come to understand more and more is that consciousness is a frequency. We could postulate that consciousness = frequency, e.g. frequency = consciousness. This frequency of existence is a part of the oneness of All That Is. All That Is is all there is (there is nothing outside of IT), so everything that exists does so within the realm, parameters and dimensional connectivity of Source energy itself. As such, this energy, frequency, or whatever you may wish to call it, by its very nature is consciousness, because it is all a part of the ONE. We may even take it a step further to say that this energy, frequency, or whatever you wish to call it, by virtue of its connectedness to Source is in truth intelligent consciousness.

Take for instance the long held understanding in spiritual and esoteric circles of the law of attraction. Our thoughts are things; energy conduits of specific intent and vibratory intensity sent forward for the sole purpose of attracting like energy to be used in the manifestation of our intention. Some of us may not know the technical or mechanical nature of how it works, but we do know, or are coming to realize more and more that focused intention combined with right attitude and effort create our personal universe. Ignorance of the law of attraction is no excuse, and until we become the conscious conduits of our actions, we will remain the “victims” of our creations as opposed to the captains of our destiny; for what we think becomes who we are and the circumstances that make up our lives and our universe. This energy moving forth on our behalf (whether you are aware or not) is an intelligent energy, like the Genie in the lamp who states, “Your wish is my command.” It is not a dumb force, but an intelligent, neutral consciousness moving in a seamless, omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent flow connecting you and I, and everything else. It connects the dots in ways that we could never (ever) conceive of on our own, and brings about manifestation in a type of synchronicity that is unrivalled in existence, because it is existence.

If most of us possessed the gift of auric sight (we all have this potential) we would begin to see the seamless interconnectedness of this energy, much like the 1’s and 0’s that Neo began to see in his enlightened vision. We would begin to realize the holographic illusory nature of our existence and awaken to our Angelic heritage; our God given abilities to create whatever we may desire in our lives. We’ve just forgotten, or perhaps have been made to forget (depending on what you believe or have come to understand). But once awakened, we have a choice. Do we choose conscious cause, or unwilling effect? The choice is yours, but at the point of awakening you can no longer site ignorance as an excuse. From this point forward it’s on you, and no one else. You are forever changed.

Yes everything is consciousness, and consciousness has the capacity to expand, but we must do the daily work in order for this expansion to occur. With this expansion comes a greater understanding and remembering of the true nature of our existence. We begin to remember our origins; we begin to consciously come online to our personal spiritual life contracts (why we were brought here), and we begin to make the conscious decision of whether or not we are to become a part of the spiritual solution, or part of the coercive, manipulative problem that now exists and has long existed in our multiverse.

Always remember that love is at the core of this true awakening and continued enlightenment. It is the door that opens the way back to Source. But free will is always at play, and whatever direction we choose will be respected, with the understanding that we must ultimately reap what we sow.

So as we swim upstream in this unlimited pool of conscious energy, it is up to us to do the work necessary to raise our vibration level and rate, so as to expand in awareness and begin to see the wonders that the multiverse has waiting for us to rediscover. This is why it is called awakening, because you’ve always known but have simply been made to forget. By whom? -- Well that’s another discussion for another time. One thing is clear, more and more Souls are waking up to their true origins, and the gaps between religion, science, spirituality and ascension are narrowing.

In many ways ascension is the science of multi-dimensional physics, a physics that for many is theoretical in nature because of the limited framework that orthodox science has historically provided for us to measure reality and/or illusion. You see, science and spirituality were never meant to be separate. But that gap is closing more and more. The journey is here and now, and the choice is yours to take. We will be peeling back the onion in future writings, and I so look forward to your many perspectives and ongoing dialogue. We’re all in this together, and together (through our focused energy and conscious intent) we will help each other find the way home. Just don’t forget, as you awaken and gain enlightenment, please pay it forward, for we are one.

Put Your Mask On First

I’m sure you’ve all heard the longstanding example that’s been articulated when trying to convey the importance of taking care of yourself first before you can take care of others. This analogy refers to the in-flight safety checklist performed by flight attendants prior to the take-off of a commercial airline. Included in the explanations of how to fasten your seatbelt and how in the event of landing in water the seat cushion can be used as a flotation device, is the explanation of how to use the emergency oxygen mask. It basically goes like this…“In the event of a sudden change in cabin pressure while the flight is in progress, an emergency oxygen mask will be deployed from the ceiling of all passenger seats. If you are traveling with special needs passengers or small children, please be sure to put your mask on first before assisting with the needs of others…” I’m paraphrasing here, but you get the gist of the instruction. You have to take care of your needs first (so as not to pass out due to lack of oxygen) before helping anyone else with their needs. This in-flight safety example has multiple meanings and has served many a motivational speaker in illustrating the proper progression of directed focus one should use in order to be most effective for themselves and others.

I use this well-worn analogy here because in my own personal life, I have come to realize that this poignant example has an even greater level of spiritual importance than even the obvious parallels would suggest. It speaks directly to a spiritual sequence of events that must take place before any measurable success can be attained in our personal quest for spiritual enlightenment and the manifestational creation of love and abundance in our lives. You see, it’s all about building a strong foundation; the cornerstone of which is self-love. Before any of that other (woo-woo) spiritual stuff can even begin to work, you must first start with a clean spiritual pallet of unconditional self-love. You must first learn to love yourself unconditionally before you can be a conscious co-worker and channel for Source.

As I said, this serves as the foundation…the cornerstone for everything else that you do spiritually in order to have the greatest impact. Think of it this way. You may be going through the proper motions of exercising the laws of attraction and abundance in your life, but if this manifestation is being performed in an internally toxic vessel of fear, worry, and a compromised self-esteem, what do you think will be the outcome; what do you think will out-picture? If these attempts at enlightenment and abundance are being performed in a womb of self-loathing or thinking yourself unworthy, then you are merely sabotaging any attempts at success you may be trying to attain. Another way of looking at this is when you are living from this lower vibrational state of consciousness, you are spiritually misaligned, and subsequently offline. Remember this simple truth, YOU ARE GOD; God is love, therefore you are love. There is no separation because you are Source itself. The feeling of separation is merely an illusion. Begin to express within yourself that you love yourself unconditionally, regardless of whatever you may have screwed up yesterday or an hour ago. Your love of self is not and should not at any time be based on any external reason or excuse (or internal for that matter).

It’s all about choice. You have a 50/50 choice to decide how you want to feel about yourself. You see, what is implicit in this argument but rarely articulated verbally is that by not exercising unconditional love, by default you are practicing a form of unconditional self-loathing. Can you imagine saying an affirmation like that out loud? “I hate myself unconditionally.” Well, you may not be saying this outwardly but this is certainly the energy that we all too often give ourselves while trying to go about our day-to-day existence. THIS MUST CEASE.

So now, let’s assert a new affirmation. Repeat after me, “I am God, …and God is me. I love myself unconditionally.” See, it even rhymes! Repeat this over and over again until you actually start to feel the love building up inside of you like a warm nurturing flame. It is Source love reconnecting and filling in the spaces. When you do this, you are aligning your consciousness with your higher self and with Source. This is the foundation, the strong and essential foundation (like building a sturdy home) that forms the basis for everything else we try to manifest in our lives using the spiritual principles. It’s all about the proper sequence. You have to fuel the inner tank with pristine love first before driving the wonderful spiritual vehicle that is you.

When you live from this center point, there is no fear in the equation. When you live from this consciousness, you become the glowing conduit of love that Source needs and requires in order to light up the world around you. So put your mask on first; love yourself unconditionally first. Feel the power of a conscious recognition that you are of Source. Then go about doing what Source does, creating universes. Upgrading your Awareness

There is a phrase that goes “Heaven must be re-won everyday.” What this speaks to is the importance of not resting on your laurels, to not simply coast on the momentum of past spiritual and creative expression, but to re-engage everyday with a fresh sense of purpose and spiritual commitment. It also means consistently reevaluating your state of consciousness on a daily basis, because our existence on this physical plane and within the multiverse is dynamic and not static. You are not who you were yesterday, nor are you who you will be tomorrow. You are ever evolving, ever growing, so it is important to exercise a conscious awareness of this process regularly. The goal here that we are ultimately striving for and moving towards is a state of full consciousness, the ability to be aware of our multi-layered existence in both the inner worlds and outer worlds simultaneously, while working from the framework of the higher self so as to live in an enlightened, balanced way.

As I had mentioned in a recent article, A New Normal, we’ve existed in this physical realm for eons of time in a state of conditioned illusion, believing that we are separate from our divine source, and as such have found ourselves at the whims and woes of our outer environment. We have been led to believe that we are victims living in a world of fear and oppression, unable to make a difference or effect positive change in a substantial way. These states of consciousness are all pretentious negative hogwash, stimulated through an unrelenting, manipulative, and coercive conditioning; a sort of slight of hand that moved us from a conscious awareness of our true identity as divine connected Souls, sparks of God-source, to separated and hapless victims. The truth is, we are not our conditioning. We are all magnificent sparks of God awareness, endowed with the same potentiality and freedom of expression. But in this false belief of separation, we have come to judge one another and ourselves quite harshly. I say to you now that it is time to cease this practice; you all feel it, the energy is there. Do not sit in judgment of yourself or others. Learn to love yourself and your fellow Souls unconditionally. Now is the time to be who we were meant to be.

We are fast transitioning from 3rd dimensional reality to 4th & 5th, and with it evolving into a new and wonderful awareness that allows us to see our true origins as sparks of God-centered energy. Just knowing and acknowledging that you are a divine spark of God, that you are God itself moves you beyond duality. Ego can hold you back, but the truth is that there has never been separation between you and Source. Say it a couple of times, dare to think it…“I and God are One”. Feel the totality of this truth; there is no separation, this is illusion. There is only connectedness with All That Is.

As you go about your day-to-day activities, bombarded by the drones of negative media, dysfunctional imagery, and harsh selfish human interaction, do your best to rise above the negative fray and be a conduit of love, for when you do you more and more begin to see the stage play that is unfolding around you, and that in truth you may be in it but you are certainly not of it, unless you choose to be. This is not an attitude of spiritual arrogance, but a conscious recognition of the illusions that play out around us everyday. You still do your daily work and fulfill your daily requirements, but your consciousness is able to rise above the mundane physical into Soul awareness and eventually God consciousness. When you achieve this, you are always living in a state of bliss for you know that you dwell in the most high. It is what we all were brought here to eventually remember. The universe is inside of each and every one of us. We only need to do the daily work in order to lift the veil of spiritual amnesia and get back into a conscious awareness of our true identity. Don’t be afraid of this process. Nothing can hurt you, not really. The only thing to fear is… you know the rest. So work at being a conscious practitioner of your own enlightenment. It will be a wonderful journey, for eternity awaits.

Spirituality and Elbow Grease

Creating your universe in accordance with both your individual state of consciousness and sincere intention requires a combination of spiritual energy and personal effort. The formula is not that difficult to understand or even execute, but takes a certain level of discipline, consistency and daily focus that some of us may or may not be willing to exert. This is of course your choice as to whether or not to be an active participant in your own manifestation, but what must be made clear is that something will manifest, whether you are conscious of it or not; ignorance or lack of effort is not an excuse. So it seems to me (and this is just my 2¢ worth) that you might as well be an active and aware part of your own manifestational existence and experience. Again, it is not rocket science in understanding the how’s and what’s of the process. Certainly there are a myriad of books on the subject pertaining to manifesting things in your life. But one of the things that often get lost in these instructions is the importance of right-thought followed by right-action, a combination of spirituality and elbow grease. This is when the rubber meets the road.

Are you doing everything within your sphere of influence and power to move yourself closer to your goals? Are you acting on all that the cosmos is giving you on a daily basis? Are you aware and receptive to Spirit’s nudges, golden-tongued wisdom and waking dreams that are a part of our everyday experience? Are you consciously aware of the miracles that take place all around you everyday? If not, then you need to take a step back and get yourself in spiritual balance so as to be awake and aware of all of the inner, intuitive energies taking place around you, and tune yourself to these frequencies so you can better read the tea leaves. This is accomplished through regular meditation and contemplation exercises, many of which are shown on the Ato1 Health and Wellness page. Once grounded and tuned in, it is important to do the daily work, the elbow grease necessary to act on impulses and nudges from spirit that are designed to move you closer to your goals, whatever they may be. Once done, you “let go and let God”, as the saying goes. Spirit is an omniscient, intelligent force, and knows vastly more than you could ever comprehend in terms of getting you closer to where you wish to be. You simply need to trust it and allow it to bring you closer without any preconceived notions of how to get there; stop being a control freak. Several options may come your way in the process, all having the potential of getting you where you need to be, but none necessarily containing the prescription of absolute certainty. Therefore, you must act on all of them, not just the ones you like more than others; you simply don’t know enough. As you practice this process more and more, you will begin to trust what is being told to you and feel a certain level of protection and guidance that you may not have been aware of before. This is a good thing and should be nurtured, developed and appreciated. Spirit wants you to succeed.

We are in a time now where the cosmic energies are much more refined and powerful, and the cause and effect relationship of our thoughts becoming things seem to be much shorter in duration. As such, this mental discipline becomes even more important to refine, for we want to make sure that we do not create the things we fear the most, but create our universe based on the energies of love and abundance. In the final analysis, the “things” that you attain through these exercises are not really what's important at all. What is important is your ability to trust in and understand the process of attainment itself. Remember, you are all Masters in training; celestial beings preparing yourself for eternity's call-of-service as co-workers with All That Is. The most important thing to understand throughout this entire process is that the skills you are refining are skills you have always had, for you are not learning anything but remembering what you already know. Our course of attainment and existence is, in the final analysis, one of validation through experience of truth already attained. Source, all knowing and all seeing, experiences life through us, for we are IT and IT is us. We Are One. So roll up your sleeves and get cracking; creation awaits.

Embracing the Silence (True, Necessary, and Kind)

As seekers of the light, as awakened Souls, part of our ongoing exercise during this lifetime is to refine our personal levels of awareness and spiritual skill sets in order to become optimal channels for Divine love. Within this refinement comes an innate understanding that where your thoughts are will invariably be where you reside. To put it another way, our personal universe is determined by our state of consciousness and the thoughts and feelings we choose to allow in it. Throughout history, man/woman has sought to discipline these thoughts and embrace the light, even while living in a world of pain, fear, struggle, and darkness. Some have resorted to extreme measures of spiritual depravity through vows of poverty and celibacy, hoping ultimately for absolution in the end. Still others have chosen a monastic existence vowing an oath of silence. This particular modality is one that I’d like to focus on briefly, not so much from the standpoint of a separation from societal challenges into the more communal existence of an ashram, but more from the standpoint of embracing the power of silence as a tool for living the spiritual life while engaged in the world of 3D and all of its limitations, personal foibles and “mind” fields.

The silence that I speak of has less to do with non-communication to any and all you may encounter, and more to do with the exercise of what has often been called right-discrimination. This right-discrimination has as one of its key features the ability to determine what is appropriate and/or not appropriate to think, say or do in any given situation, and the internal mechanism (the internal filter) used to help replace any lower based thoughts and energies with higher, more refined levels of consciousness. For so long, we have been conditioned within 3rd dimensional existence to accept and embrace gossip, selfishness, slander, ridicule, deception, mean spiritedness, and an overall Machiavellian spirit as just the way the world is, almost dismissing it as simply being part of normal acceptable behavior instead of the scourge of lower fear-based consciousness that it truly is. As lightworkers, this level of consciousness can no longer be tolerated as acceptable behavior; not because of any hard and fast rules dictated from outside, but because they are no longer consistent with the higher vibrational energies of Divine love that now flow through you.

In achieving this embrace of silence, I would like to share something I learned quite a while ago that may be very important in achieving this goal. There is a long held understanding in evolutionary consciousness of a simple rule; a litmus test through which everything that you think, say or do should be filtered through. Within this prism of right-discrimination are three basic questions that should always be invoked:

- Are what you are about to say, think and/or do TRUE, NECESSARY, and KIND?

Notice that I used the word “and” instead of “or” in the three choices posed. This is because in order for the filter to be effective, all three criteria must be met. You may have something to say that you consider true, but is not necessary or kind. You may have something that you consider to be true and necessary, but again is not kind. You get the idea. All three categories need to be met in order to fulfill this filtering process. Obviously, in extreme circumstances, exceptions might have to be made in resolving issues, but as a general rule, this criteria should always apply. Give it a try; see how you do. If you are true to this exercise, you will discover something extraordinary and immediate. The vast majority of what you may be saying to others will become noticeably restricted, since much of our conversation is often filled with gossip and mean-spiritedness. You will find yourself becoming more and more quiet, ultimately embracing the silence. As I said before, it is a means to an end, not an end in itself. At first it may seem a real challenge; it certainly was for me. But after a while you find that something very transformative occurs. Perhaps those within your social circle to whom you had considered “friends” may begin to fall away, because you realize that the only thing you had in common with them was gossip or the putting down of others. When they say something negative, you either give it no energy or counter it with something positive. Your social circle will begin to look at you differently and perhaps even turn on you because who you were is no longer who you are, and as the old saying goes, “If you can’t change your friends, change your friends.” Things begin to fall away that are no longer consistent with your state of consciousness and spiritual growth. In the long run the rules that you live by are of the highest spiritual vibration, and the circle of your relationships begin to adjust to meet this new state.

Some may view your kindness as a sign of weakness, but what they don’t yet understand is that you are not doing this for their sake, you are living within your truth, and that while they are still existing in the illusion, your inner strength and awareness of “reality” is moving you far beyond 3rd dimensional conditioning. It is just one of the many sub-plots of waking up to your true identity as Soul. So to recap, embracing the silence is an end result to refining your internal filter so as to live, love, communicate, and exist from the highest spiritual vibration; the highest Divine realm. Is it true, is it necessary, is it kind? If not, there’s no need to say it, think it, or be it. When you live within this consciousness, your inner light will begin to shine ever so bright, your inner chatter begins to quiet down and is replaced by the loving energies of Source. You are moving closer to ascension and your personal universe is being changed forever. Don’t forget to wear your shades.

Time to Step Up

Ok, where are you now? How are you feeling? Are you in balance? Are you in a happy place, a loving place? Are you taking good care of yourself? Are you honoring your relationships? How is your diet? Are you exercising regularly? Does your exercise include a physical and spiritual emphasis? Are you meditating or some other form of daily inner work? Are you finding time to embrace the silence? Are you handling your outer stress better? Are you reading and/or taking in things of a high vibration? Are you striving for greater awareness every day? Is your inner light shining bright? Well…?

I’m sure you must be asking why all these questions and who are they directed towards. Well if you don’t already know, I’m speaking to those of you have either just recently awakened and come online to your true identity as Soul, or those of you who have had your lights on for some time now, but may be slacking off a bit. How are you? As for why, it’s really quite simple. You see, right now the energies and vibrations of our universe and specifically our planet are increasing exponentially, and it is so very important that we all do our respective parts to align ourselves with the flow of these energies and the ascension that is already occurring, and will continue to occur. In this new year, it’s time to do an honest self-assessment of where you are and what you’re doing (non-judgmental of course), and determine where you may be in the process; this is your wake up call folks. This inquiry is designed to impart a little bit of tough love to all of you out there, because depending on where you are right now or what you are or aren’t doing, it is now time to step up; we need your energy.

If you are awakened, are you living the life of an aware spiritual being? Are you doing the daily work necessary to get your inner and outer self in balance? Are you connecting with your higher self in a conscious, knowing way? Are you asking for help and guidance when you need it from your many loving Angels and spiritual guides, your inner family always ready and waiting to provide for you whatever you may need? Bottom line, are you walking the talk of a conscious, awakened Lightworker? If not, why not? Not judging, just asking.

Perhaps it’s because of the seemingly constant demands placed on you in these uncertain times by 3D existence, to continue the daily grind that a survival mentality requires. Perhaps it’s simply the conditioning you’ve received by virtue of the many incarnations we’ve all had on this earth and the intoxication that Maya (illusion) so strategically plays on each of us to forget who and what we are; that this is the illusion, not the reality. Whatever the reason may be, snap out of it! : )

It’s your time now. It’s your moment to step up. It is the beginning of the final leg of your journey in 3D. It’s just about graduation time. But ascension won’t be handed to you on a silver platter; you have to do the work. You have to step up and do what is necessary to prepare yourself for the inevitable shift that is already taking place. The transition really isn’t that hard, but it does require a commitment to a conscious shift in attitude and intention. You have to want this. You have to be a conscious conduit of love. There is a wonderful quote by Eleanor Roosevelt that says, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” I’ve always loved this quote because it speaks directly to the idea of personal empowerment and the ability to decide for yourself what you choose to accept or not accept. With this as a template, Eleanor’s quote could just as easily be restated, “No one can make you feel anything without your consent,” or even “No one can impact your consciousness without your willing intention.” You have the power to choose what you accept into your consciousness. This is your inherent power; your inalienable right. Illusion simply makes you forget, and fear is an illusion. The awakened individual no longer falls victim to this trap, and lives his/her life in a conscious, aware and loving way. The awakened individual does not rest on his/her laurels, but does the daily work necessary to consistently maintain a higher state of vibration. This vibration is necessary to both protect you and allow you to serve as one of the many spiritual vessels necessary to help the planet and everything in it ascend in the perfect way. We are conscious lightworkers, and there is no need to take a vacation from this state of being because in so many ways it is the freedom we have always sought. Why, because we are consciously connected to Source in all of its love and glory at all times. We remember what our true missions are and what our tasks at this pivotal moment of NOW should be. We are in a constant state of bliss because we know what Divine truth is. Most importantly, we know that the multiverse was created through Divine Love.

Whatever you need to do, whomever you need to speak to, wherever you need to go in order to connect, plug yourself back in and amp it up! Source loves you unconditionally, but as the old saying goes, “God cannot do for you what it can only do through you.” Be the channel, the conscious channel that you are. Do your spiritual work daily to maintain that heightened vibration you know will keep you above the fray. Remember, you are God itself; there is no separation. You only need remember and all will be here for you. You just need to roll up your sleeves and get to it. Much love and light.

I See You: Avatar’s Spiritual Essence

First and foremost, what an amazingly breathtaking movie Avatar is. Director James Cameron (of Titanic fame) has, in my opinion, really raised the bar for what the future of movie viewing will now be. This is a real game changer. The cinematic beauty and visual detail alone fills the senses in a way not quite experienced before. Add to this the element of 3D and you have a paradigm-shifting film. But the power of Avatar does not lie in its visual effects; it lies in the story. This is not a 3D movie, but an amazingly beautiful, poignant story and cinematic journey that happens to be in 3D.

For me, what makes this movie experience so fulfilling is the spiritual essence that the story of Avatar contains. Without going into too much plot detail, Earthlings have found an inhabited moon called Pandora that contains an abundance of life and a wealth of natural resources, just prime for the taking. The indigenous humanoid life forms on Pandora are known as the Navi, blue 10-foot aboriginal beings that share a very close connection with the land. This connection is not to be taken lightly for it is the essence of their existence on Pandora. Humans, through bio-technology have developed Avatar host bodies who look almost identical to the Navi. These Avatars can be controlled by DNA-linked humans through a remote harmonized synaptic connection, thereby allowing them to interact with the natives directly. Of course things become problematic when the need for the Navi to protect the land goes head-to-head with human shareholder interests to excavate and pillage the rich planetary resources abundant on the planet. This of course is not a new theme, and I recognize some similarities to another great movie, Dances With Wolves.

But the true power of this epic tale lies in understanding the spiritual connection that the Navi have with its planet and all things contained in it, and the balance created when people respect and honor the land and its resources vs. the misguided and disconnected notion of supreme ownership, entitlement and conquest. There are some movie critics who make the assertion that Avatar reeks of a pagan, pantheistic focus on spirituality. While this is an interesting interpretation, these critics clearly do not get the significance or importance of what this movie is trying to convey. It is about how maintaining a harmonic balance between sentient beings and their surroundings is a key ingredient to spiritual upliftment. This is only one of the many messages that Avatar imparts. The connection to the planet and its resources shown very literally in this movie is an allegory to the actual literal connection that everyone in fact has to the earth, to all living things, and to the universe as a whole; we have simply forgotten this connection exists.

The Navi have an affectionate greeting of endearment to one another, which in their native tongue they affirm “I see you”. This greeting goes much deeper than “I see you standing there”, but that “I see into you, I see your soul and your essence”. In fact, I get you. This is just one illustration of the deep and wonderful solidarity that the Navi have. The Avatar humans slowly come to understand this significance, and as more and more of them begin to see deeper into the true meaning behind this spiritual way of life, they become increasingly conflicted with the ultimate plans that are about to be inflicted by their employers on the Navi. It is from here on that things really get interesting.

I have mentioned a few key spiritual aspects of this movie. But there is one more important theme that was made very clear to me while watching. This is the fact that we are all living in Avatars ourselves. The truth is that our human bodies are nothing more then vessels designed to allow us to have mobility in 3 dimensional space. But in fact, we are not the bodies we occupy; we are Soul, a divine spark of spiritual awareness. We are truly sparks of the eternal itself using a human host to live, breath and have our being on this physical plane.

If I have any criticism of the movie at all, it would probably be that the bad guys seem a little overly two-dimensional to me. There wasn’t enough conflict of conscience for my taste, but that’s just me. I am tempted to go into much greater detail about the movie and its many layers, but I will refrain from doing so in case you have not yet seen it. I highly recommend that you do. It is a sensory filled treat, and has much to say about who we are and where we should be going in our own respective spiritual journey. More than anything, Avatar symbolizes the vital importance of connecting to our higher essence. It is a siren song for us to awaken to our true selves as Soul. Many are getting this message and are heeding the call. To all of you who are getting it, I SEE YOU.

Count Down

…5, 4, 3, 2, 1…HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

It’s been a whirlwind year, this 2009. Much has happened and there is much more to do. In many respects, it seems like several years have passed by in just this one. This is no accident. The vibratory rate of existence is indeed speeding up at a blistering pace, with karmic burn-off from both an individual as well as collective group consciousness level moving along at light speed, and we’re all feeling it. Many of us are waking up consistently at around 2 or 3 a.m., experiencing a download of information and spiritual insight, our bodies vibrating with refined energy. We’re also noticing an increase in the speed it takes to manifest things in our lives as well as an overall heightened sense of expanded awareness. No my friends, you’re not imagining this stuff, it is happening; it is real.

As we move headlong into 2010 and beyond, it is important that we all begin to take stock of what is happening. We need to take this stuff seriously and really begin to listen to our inner voice and what it is telling us. Most importantly, it is time to let go of the fear and really, truly, in your heart of hearts and with all your essence, embrace the LOVE. There are those that would like to keep this transition to a new reality at bay, and are trying with growing desperation to maintain the herd mentality through fear and propaganda that so many of us had (up to now and for far too long) been victims of. But now is a new day, and all of you wonderful Souls that long ago made a conscious decision to incarnate into this world at this important time in our history are starting to awaken more and more to the truth of who and what you are. You are wonderful, magnificent star children, lightworkers, and earth angels. You are incredible healers and beacons of love energy. It is your time now. Awaken to it and claim it. You know who you are, you’ve simply forgotten.

So on this momentous new years eve of 2009, may I wish all of you a happy, safe, prosperous, abundant, awake, aware, enlightened, and Source filled New Year. 2010 is going to be really interesting. We hope that you experience it awakened and fully engaged. Namaste.

Choices and Consequences

Even though we live in the world of illusion, it can still really cut like a knife sometimes. Life is tricky; it’s all about choices, and the decisions a person makes at any given moment may have repercussions that go far beyond what was intended. Over eons of time, we have developed a somewhat useful yet potentially problematic ability to compartmentalize the things in our lives, separating one conjoined aspect of truth from another. In the process we are able to rationalize and justify almost anything. This, however, can become a dangerous double-edged sword, for compartmentalization ultimately leads to irrational fragmentation of truth, and a subsequent inability to see things from that all-important holistic perspective; the big picture. Within this dynamic, the ego gets an overindulgence of attention, and our ability to see things from points of view other than our own too often become lost. When you throw the emotion of fear into the mix, it quickly becomes a very toxic soup, leading to questionable decisions and unintended consequences. So what does all of this have to do with spirituality, and how do we move through this illusory gauntlet to determine what is the best course of action at any given moment?

Well, the question itself contains the seeds of its solution. You see, we must understand that we live in the illusion – it’s all a big stage play. The inner is the true reality and the outer is the illusion; go figure. As such, we are not the bodies that we occupy and working within the dramas that we create should always be viewed through the prism of the higher self; the Soul perspective. We are Soul, a divine spark of the eternal Source. We are one with All That Is. We gather experience by working through the dramas we create in order to become self-aware and ultimately God-aware. When we come to that all-important plateau of awakening to our true identity as Soul living in eternity, we’re able to rise above the slings and arrows that are thrown at us. We’re able to identify the dualistic nature of all things we encounter. We still have to deal with the dramas, but we can (as the saying goes) learn to be “in it but not of it.” When illuminated with this Soul perspective, the need or desire to compartmentalize or rationalize begins to fall away, for we are no longer afraid to deal with truth. One must always remember that truth is strength; it’s a real game changer when you finally embrace it.

Yes, those slings and arrows may sting sometimes, and some days are better than others when dealing with them, but as an awakened being you remember that you have a new default perspective; you are Soul, living in eternity. What you are dealing with shall pass. It is not a forever thing. You on the other hand, are. As an awakened Soul you find yourself constantly asking, “What is the lesson here?” The body’s emotional chakras may be firing on all cylinders, but you have the ability to step outside of that perspective and see things in a Divine light. As such, it’s all good.

As we move forward on our transcendent journey towards enlightenment, we must embrace the slings and arrows we sometimes encounter, and view them as opportunities for growth. We are at an all-important place and time in our collective experience. We will be encountering more and more trials and tribulations as we move closer and closer to our spiritual transition. Throughout all of these tests, we must never forget that everything we deal with has its true solution based in LOVE. Love is indeed the key to everything. It really does conquer all, for when we place this in the center of our hearts it is able to wash away all pain. It reconnects us to Source. We must become conscious beacons of this love energy and proactively outflow it throughout the world everyday, every moment. We are all a part of the collective critical mass of God-centered energy that will ensure a positive shift to enlightenment. So don’t let those slings and arrows slow you down, simply surrender them to love. For this, my friends, is the ultimate test.

What is Your Consciousness Diet?

“Garbage in, garbage out.” This is a phraseology that has been used for many years in the field of computer science and pertains to the reality that calculations and conclusions reached through analysis of input data is only as good as the quality of said data. To put it another way, if the information you are inputting is flawed or somehow corrupted, analysis and conclusions reached based on that data would also be flawed and/or corrupted. This same reasoning can easily be applied to the mental and spiritual input we feed ourselves on a daily basis, forming and molding our opinions, attitudes and ultimately our state of consciousness. You are what you eat, physically as well as mentally, intellectually and spiritually. Whatever that diet consists of will be the determinant for your own formative growth and evolution.

As such, it is important to be mindful of just what you are feeding yourself daily, and begin determining in a conscious, present and aware sort of way if it is in fact good for you. Certainly there are professional demands that require your mental attention and energy, and often a great deal of time and energy must be devoted to fulfilling your family obligations. But when you are on your own time, just what does your consciousness diet consist of; what are you feeding yourself mentally and spiritually? As I have indicated in such articles as The Hub of Your Wheel and more recently, Background Awareness, you need to be mindful of the input and energy that you allow yourself to take in daily, as this is what will out-picture in your respective reality. Remember, thoughts are things; thoughts have the ability to think and manifest what you project out into the universe. It’s the law of attraction at its most fundamental.

A mental and spiritual audit may be in order. Separate and apart from taking care of your body physically through proper diet and exercise, just what information input are you feeding yourself and allowing entry into your psyche everyday? Are you fixated on sexuality and sexual stimulation for its own sake? Do you constantly listen to political talk radio espousing extreme opinions, attitudes and fears on either the right or the left, or gossip TV and reality programs that seem to exploit the worst in dysfunctional behavior between our fellow human beings? Are you fixated on video games that desensitize the horrors of violence and war? Are you engaged in fundamental beliefs that justify abhorrent behavior in the name of our Creator? These and other examples may be considered extreme in nature, but if you analyze the totality of stimuli that bombard our psyche on a daily basis through the 24/7 media machine, and our own peer-pressured lifestyle choices, perhaps its not so extreme. These and other related stimuli have the end result of dummying down our society and creating a herd mentality unable to think and reason for itself (group think). Worst of all, it is taking us away from the most important truth and energy center in our existence, LOVE. It’s time to take a good hard look in the mirror and consider that perhaps your daily consciousness diet could use an intervention and overhaul. Perhaps it may be time to turn off the electronic devices for a while and take a quiet, unencumbered walk with nature. Perhaps its time to meditate and get back in touch with your higher self. Maybe its time to have dinner with your family and catch up on things. Most definitely it is time that we all, individually and collectively, reconnect to the love; love for one another and love of Source.

We are at such a pivotal junction point in our collective evolutionary consciousness. As such, it will become even more important than ever to monitor our thoughts, and be a conscious and aware conduit for love energy. We all must become daily beacons of love everyday. We are the source by which mass consciousness changes. There is a saying that goes “God cannot do for you what it can only do through you”. This is certainly true now. You are the channel; you are the light. It is through you that the rise in spiritual vibration moves to the next level. The catalyst and focus for this rise in vibration is LOVE. So (and I say this with the utmost love and respect) clean up your act! Adjust your vibrations by changing your consciousness diet. If what you are currently inputting is making you feel fear and/or negativity, it needs to go; it needs to be replaced with a love-centered alternative. You have the power and you have the means. But if you don’t have the will, nothing will change. Be the change that you seek. Embrace the love that you are. When you do, we’ll all be digging those good vibrations.

Being the Light

As we move ever closer as a collective consciousness towards ascension and awakening, it is of vital importance that we understand clearly and definitively that we are the change that we seek. For far too long the Souls of this earth have been conditioned into believing that we have no control over our destiny, and our fate lies in the hands of someone or something outside of ourselves. This is illusion, illusion of the worst kind. Within this illusion is also the misdirected notion that hope is just around the corner; that tomorrow a change will come. While this is a powerful and seemingly hopeful sentiment, it is also a misguided feedback loop that we must move beyond. What I mean by this is that the constant manifestational energy of hope that all will be well tomorrow, creates an energy dynamic that places the desired outcome always just out of our reach; always tomorrow, never today…never NOW.

Our ascension as a collective consciousness lies in the acknowledgement of who and what we are NOW. We are Soul, a divine spark of All That Is, living in eternity. Within this recognition and conscious awareness, we must ignite our divine spark of spiritual awakening into a bright beacon of light. You are the light! This beacon is one of divine love energy that goes out in all directions and touches everything in its path. We must consciously become the light and project it outward everyday. We must project this love in all places and at all times. This is how we change the world. This is our task as a conscious light worker. This is who you are. Claim it.

With more and more conscious beacons of light coming online every hour of every day, we begin to exponentially live as ascended beings; we become the change that we seek NOW. Tomorrow is here. We live in the consciousness of an aware and awakened Soul at this very moment, free from fear, surrounded in love. We live in the here and now from this moment forward, because this is the true reality. Future is illusion because it has yet to be. Past is illusion because it has already been. The only thing “real” is NOW. What you project now will determine your future. Embrace your light, become the beacon. Send love throughout the world and to the universe. It all comes back to you 1000-fold. Your mere presence helps to awaken others to this same truth. Ascension is NOW. Accept it and live within this truth. It is the reason that you are here, at this time in this place. It’s time to awaken. It’s time to become the light. May your bright light shine forth and touch all of those who cross your path.

On the Threshold of Change

In my recent article entitled Understanding the Shift, I spoke of a heightened change of perceptual awareness coming to mankind through an evolution of consciousness, caused by a rise in the vibrational rate of existence to a higher density; a higher polarity. With it, an inevitable change is taking place. All of the many distant Utopian ideals that we dare not dream, but wish in our hearts of hearts to be, are beginning to find their way forward. But in order for this ultimate change to occur, there are other things that need to fall away. There must be a destructive phase before construction can occur. To put it another way, devolution must run its course before evolution can take place. It is the way of change. The old and outmoded forms of negative consciousness, attitudes, values and polarized interaction with our fellow Souls must end. We must begin to see ourselves as Divine connected sparks of the eternal, not as separate beings.

We are in the nadir, the final transitional low point of a cyclical change. It is that period where the last of the negative cycle of energy burns itself out to make way for a new Golden Age of enlightenment and Spiritual existence. A major reason for this inevitable outcome is that we as a collective consciousness are awakening to our true purpose and remembering why we are here in this particular place, at this particular time. We are exponentially becoming conscious beacons of love energy, changing the nature of vibratory polarity throughout our world and each other. We are creating the change that we seek by virtue of our thoughts and a collective will for love to light the way. It is important that we universally believe this to be true. Know that you have the power within you to make this change. We are now becoming conscious co-workers and light workers with Divine Source. Our mission and goal is to become a beacon of love energy everyday. We are on the threshold of change because we are making the change. It is occurring in concert with our conscious desire to become the shift that we seek.

Those that would try to keep this wave of change from occurring are fighting a losing battle. Through fear, divisiveness, intimidation and hate mongering, these forces have tried (and for millennia succeeded) to make us forget who we truly are. We have fed into this illusion because for far too long we knew no better. But now, the veil is lifting and we are collectively growing every day in expanded awareness. This growing enlightened consciousness cannot and will not be held back. It is like trying to hold a large and ever-expanding ball of air underwater by force. Its true nature is to rise to the top and find freedom. It may be temporarily held back, but it will eventually break its shackles and rise to its true origins. Our true nature is to find our way back home…to Source.

As our collective awareness and desire for change grows with every passing day, you may begin to see the changes taking place around you; signs that this quantum shift is happening. During this process, it is important that you continue to be conscious cause and not unwilling effect. Focus on the good that you see. Send love to the negative that you may encounter. We are all conscious catalysts for this new wave of spiritual enlightenment. Embrace your true purpose. Send waves of love all around you each day. Know that it is having a direct and positive impact on you and your surroundings. Yes, we are on the threshold of change, but it is occurring in direct proportion to our collective will to make it so. You are no longer the spectator; you are a conscious participant in your Spiritual evolution. May the wind be at your back.

Background Awareness

Not too long ago I did a blog article entitled Situational Awareness, which described the exercise and practice of a heightened awareness that came as an outgrowth of the refined and growing vibrational rate currently affecting our world at this time, and the resulting shift in enlightenment this higher vibration causes. In the article, I described how “…one of the most fundamental gifts of awakening is that we start to become more and more aware of ourselves, our true purpose, and the myriad of things that are going on around us, both from the most obvious to the most subtle and discreet. The veils of illusion begin to drop away and we are left with clear, discernable and unfettered understandings of life in all of its dimensions.” While this situational awareness is an essential component of an active and engaged consciousness, there is another, even more basic aspect of this conscious awakening that is well worth mentioning. This fundamental, root consciousness has been described by some as Background Awareness.

Background awareness can be thought of as your default setting. When you have chanted your mantra, completed your asanas and Qigong, when you have done your Tai-Chi, completed your affirmations and aligned all your chakras, when you are connected to the universe and are ready to begin your day, then what? Your background awareness is your balanced (or unbalanced depending on preparation) center. This was described in great detail in my earlier blog, The Hub of Your Wheel. As you go throughout your day and experience the lessons put there to teach you, where do you invariably go to in your thoughts, and more importantly, your overall countenance? If you are in the balanced state, your background awareness should be one of love and gratitude, the God-centered awareness. For many people however, it is wrought with fear, anxiety, and worry. This is unfortunate, because as I and so many others have imparted, you create your universe by virtue of what you think; the resulting manifestations caused by the consistency of your psychic energy center.

Another way of looking at this is where does your idle mind go when rote activities are occuring or when all activities have ceased? Again, whatever is at the center of your wheel is what will be your central subconscious state and what will invariably manifest in your life. To reiterate the balanced state, your background awareness should be one of love and gratitude, the God-centered awareness. Within the realm of this balanced awareness, your situational awareness is much keener and NOW focused, allowing you to function in your daily life fully engaged while remaining in a happy, content, present, and self-empowered state regardless of outward circumstances. A balanced center allows one to be ready for any and all obstacles, and even more importantly, to begin to develop an innate sense of things even before they occur. A balanced background awareness taps into Divine awareness that is unrestricted by linear space-time and polarized energy. It allows you to become the channel that you as a light worker need to be in order to become most effective in your daily work. It will come provided you do the daily work necessary.

Living a balanced life with love and gratitude as your focus goes a long way on your personal spiritual journey of enlightenment and the subsequent collateral benefits that come from your being a conscious light worker for Source. When in this pure state, just your mere presence brings blessings to whatever you are doing and whoever may be in your general sphere of influence. You needn’t say a word, just be. Background awareness shows up in your auric field of energy, which permeates in all directions. The question is, do you choose to be the cause or effect in your life. The 11:11 Quantum Peace Project

I'd like to make everyone aware of a very important and worthwhile project, ONE MINUTE FOR PEACE - The 11:11 Quantum Peace Project: Creating ripples of inner peace to create planetary peace. The idea behind it is quite simple. On November 11th at 11:11 am and pm, you should devote one minute of your time to sending out concentrated love energy to the world and all of its inhabitants. Additionally, using the synchronicity of 11:11, anytime that you see this number or a combination thereof, you should devote one minute to sending out love energy in all directions. The power of such a loving act on such a mass scale should not be underestimated. There is documented evidence showing how sustained positive group energy in a particular area during designated periods have had a noticeable impact on the surrounding environment.

I love this particular project because it so directly speaks to the motivation behind Awaken to One. Understand, "Awaken to One" is a verb; a call to action. This type of activity is absolutely consistent with this sentiment. I highly encourage all of you to partake in this wonderful worldwide effort and I hope you also adopt this practice on a daily basis. Keep the Focus on the Goal

The movement and momentum towards enlightened consciousness on a mass scale continues. The old paradigm of fear-based thinking is falling away and a new more love-centric, connected awareness is flowing through more and more awakened Souls with every passing day. In addition, our collective ability to create our own realities through the laws of attraction is occurring with much greater fluidity. With it, directed energies of personal manifestation and creation are taking place at a much faster rate, allowing people to see more and more the cause and affect relationship of their thoughts becoming things. This growing transition caused by the continual vibratory increase from 3rd to 4th and higher density brings with it a much more heightened awareness of conscious intention. It also brings with it great responsibility. I have spoken many times about the importance of practicing mental discipline towards the things we think and attitudes we hold. As we ascend into the higher vibrations of creational energy, our increased ability to manifest things in our lives whether desired or not, becomes more prevalent. For this reason, it is essential that we all consciously adopt the practice of keeping our focus on the goal, and not the problem.

As mentioned before, thoughts are things. They project out into the ethers connecting to similar vibrations, soon returning to us for the sole purpose of providing opportunity. On an individual basis this is important to understand because of a habitual tendency by many to fixate on worry and fear. When we constantly worry about something we are giving energy to that worry. In essence, we are helping to manifest the very thing that we do not want. Understand that manifestational energy is a neutral force. It does not matter what directive we give it. Its only intention is to manifest what we project. So in essence, if we focus on the problem, we give energy to that problem. Better to focus on the goal or solution to the problem (or challenge), without concerning yourself with the micro-managed details of how this solution will come about. Remember, you do not know enough, but Source is omniscient and able to connect the dots in ways that you would never have even contemplated. By keeping ones focus on the goal, it ensures that the directional energy is going towards positive intent and outcome. This is how miracles happen everyday.

As this illustration is important from an individual perspective, even more important is the consideration of this projection of energy from a mass consciousness point of view. As I have said before, we are all connected; we are all One. As such, we not only create things from an individual perspective, but also from a mass consciousness perspective. If we accept hate and anger on a mass scale as our focus of attention, this energy is magnified on an exponential level and the out-pictured result is often one of mass pain and suffering. If we are fed a continual diet of fear, such as what many people have been dealing with in these challenging economic, militaristic, and environmental times, this energy can become a self-perpetuating cycle of anguish and despair. But we do have a choice. Remember this well; the greatest power that you wield is the power to decide what it is you choose to place your attention on. So we have a definitive choice moving forward, regardless of what outside circumstances might try to project on us. We can either choose to continue living in a victim’s mentality where we have no control of our fate or destiny, or we can choose to hold love and abundance in our hearts and minds, not knowing exactly how it will manifest, but knowing that by virtue of the laws of attraction, if you focus your attention on it, it has to manifest. This is the consciousness of the enlightened Soul. Love is at the center of the heart.

As we continue to exercise this awareness, it is equally important to understand how we should frame our manifestations. A perfect example of this is a quote given by Mother Teresa, where she talked about participating in anti-war efforts. She said, "I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there." Notice the juxtaposition of the phrase “anti-war” vs. “pro-peace”. This is an incredibly important nuanced shift in perspective. Anti-war focuses on the problem, pro-peace focuses on the goal. Another more amusing version of this same perspective comes from the late comedian George Carlin when he said, "Fighting for peace is like screwing for virginity." You get the point.

So we individually and collectively hold the key to our fate. This key is in our minds and in our hearts. It is in our conscious awareness and awakening to who and what we are as Soul, and with it a conscious decision to no longer accept fear as our focus, but embrace love for the world and all of its inhabitance. I would urge each and every one of you reading this to practice becoming a beacon of love energy on a daily basis; to practice abundance in your life regardless of outer conditions; to practice sending love into the world and in all directions, touching everything and everyone. If more and more people consciously exercise this Divine power within each of us, we can collectively change the world from the inside out. Now more than ever is the time that we put this energy in motion. With the growing intensity of dimensional energy at our disposal, the changes will become swift and noticeable. It is happening already but we need more and more conscious Souls to exercise this love energy everyday. By doing so, we become a part of the solution, and no longer a part of the problem. Keep the focus on the goal. Be the solution.

Intergalactic Spirituality

This article comes with a great deal of forethought and contemplation, for it is a subject that brings with it a high degree of controversy, not to mention outright denial by much of the general public. Recent events however, have made it abundantly clear that it is now time to begin accepting the truth of this phenomenon, and in the spirit of NPT, New Paradigm Thinking, start making this a common part of our ongoing and growing spiritual dialogue.

With that as a precursor, I’m going to talk about something that might be considered quite daring -- life in the universe. I’m going to discuss the growing documented reality of unidentified flying objects, the many sightings around the globe, and how this and so much of what is taking place in our world today is directly related to the ongoing shift in spiritual evolution I’ve spoken so many times about. If you’ve read any of my earlier articles (and I humbly encourage you to do so), you’ll know that I’m not averse to taking on controversial topics. You see, we are in a time and place now where truth will be revealed with such incredible frequency and clarity that a mass shift in consciousness is inevitable. You will no longer be able to put your head in the sand and deny what is. Because of this, I have no concern over any compromise in credibility.

The truth is, we’re moving beyond that now. We are at a growing and momentous time in this expanding spiritual growth period that simply requires us to no longer accept the limited status-quo thinking and suppression of evidence that has plagued us for so long. We must now begin living from the standpoint of full awareness, demand full disclosure, and fully recognize the growing escalation of incidents taking place in this world everyday. One such phenomena is crop circles (see crop circles video). This consists of large geometric circles, shapes, symbols, and other patterns left in crop fields that show amazing degrees of mathematical precision and in many cases provide important coded messages for the planet. Crop circles have been reported widely in England, Europe and the United States for many years now. Many experts have been able to discern much of what is being shared in this information and these realizations are compelling to say the least.

Also appearing with growing frequency are sightings of UFOs and USOs (Unidentified Submerged Objects). More and more countries are providing full disclosure on confirmed visual sighting evidence around the world. One such example of this is the 1996 sighting in Israel seen by hundreds of people over several days. Another more recent sighting took place just last month, September 20th, 2009 when over China, hundreds of people witnessed a silvery disc shaped flying saucer zigzag for a while and then shoot off at an amazing speed. A student managed to capture the UFO on a cell phone camera, and the event has received massive media coverage reported in all major Chinese media outlets.

It was Carl Sagan who coined the phrase, “The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence.” But the reality is that there is so much empirical evidence confirming the existence of UFOs now that there is no more excuse to try and refute its veracity. For far too long, most of the evidence has been historically suppressed by the mainstream media, government, and naysayers who have continued to discount the many thousands of sightings around the world as nothing more than mass psychosis or swamp gas. This no longer holds water. Why this information is continually being suppressed is not something I will delve into here, because we are entering a new phase in this phenomenon when soon enough the lid will be blown off any and all cover-ups. More and more individuals who have been in the inner circles of government and the military have come forward and are coming forward with amazing revelations, insights and evidence, and the walls of suppression and secrecy are quickly coming down.

So, do UFOs exist? YES. Is there other life in the universe? Emphatically YES, with absolute certainty, and in abundance. Are we being visited by extra terrestrial beings? Without question yes, with great regularity and for many centuries. Are these sightings occurring with greater frequency? Absolutely, and will continue to occur with the expressed purpose of revealing the truth to the masses. The question becomes, what does all of this escalating activity mean?

The escalation of UFO activities during the last 70 years draws a direct parallel to the growing convergence of spiritual evolutionary consciousness. This is no coincidence. What is important to consider in all of this is that as we begin to realize the significance and magnitude of our true spiritual identity, that we are Soul, an eternal spark of God awareness, we begin to understand that the vast expanse of our home galaxy and expanding universe has been shared since the beginning of time with evolved Souls who are in fact our celestial brothers and sisters. These entities were once where we currently are in consciousness, but have evolved spiritually and have been monitoring our development for centuries. Understand that these extra-terrestrial beings are Souls just like you and I (no different, no better), except that by virtue of an evolutionary head start, going back millions of years, they have advanced technologically, and in most cases spiritually. What is important to realize here is that we are moving forward on a similar evolutionary track as many of them did, and by virtue of the time we are now in (transitioning from 3rd to 4th density reality), the time for connectedness and reconnection with our galactic spiritual community is close at hand.

As mentioned before, we have been interacting with extra-terrestrial beings since time-immemorial. There are many schools of thought, which have related that much of our history has been revised to cover up the true alien/human relationship that has been going on throughout history. Why the revisions? One thing to understand in this equation is that while living in the world of duality, which is in fact polarities of energy, there is enlightened E.T. consciousness as well as regressive E.T. consciousness. The latter consciousness has as its motivation and life purpose to dominate, suppress and control, and to a great extent this has been the foundational condition that earth has for centuries lived under (Star Trek’s “Prime Directive” has not existed here).

The overarching importance in all of this is the realization that we are and have been for centuries bit players in an ongoing spiritual struggle between negative regressive forces and positive evolutionary forces attempting to help us move to the next level of spiritual unfoldment. We are now entering a pivotal crossroads in this process and it is essential that we as a species make a choice, now, as to where we want our world consciousness to go.

What we must remember and understand in all of this is that everything is spiritual; that there is nothing in existence that is not spiritual in nature. Within this construct, the multiverse of existence brings with it an endless diversity of unbelievable life and evolving consciousness. This consciousness takes on a myriad of forms and expression. We are but one in a multitude of creative life expressions. We are a part of an abundant galactic spiritual community. Benevolent and evolved members of this community so very much want to re-acquaint and re-connect themselves with us, and we are entering into a pivotal period in our existence when this will finally come to pass. We are moving out of the dark era of our reality and into the light of a new Golden Age. With it will come amazing discoveries and revelations about life in the universe and our true purpose in it. Most importantly, we will soon know that we are a part of a much greater and incredible spiritual community that wants nothing more than to embrace us again and help to make us whole.

There are still a number of steps we need to take before this momentous time comes, and there will be some rough roads and tough choices ahead that we will need to get through before this period occurs, but we are well on our way to experiencing this wonderment. Just stay the course, continue to connect with your higher self, embrace the love and reject the fear, send loving energy through your body to the world and the universe, and allow yourself to evolve spiritually. The rest will take care of itself. This is our time now; this is our spiritual birthright. It is time to accept the realities that are making themselves known all around us, and trust your inner guidance to allow yourself to discern truth from lie.
